This was the smoothest storage rental I have ever done! I created an account online, chose the location and number of the storage unit for easy access, then started moving things into the unit that same day. Since I'm renting short-term, I didn't set up autopay but easily could have done so. I appreciate the reminder emails about upcoming rental payments. Thanks for making this so process user-friendly!

When I rented the unit. Someone else got the unit and when I called to get it sorted out they gave me a new unit right away and everything is fine.
I started renting from American Way Stroage for $75.00! Then it went to $90.00! Then it went to &108.00! Now I just got a bill for future bill will be $ 125.00!!! Why!!! No exclamation as to why! I’m going to clean out that unit and find something cheaper!!!
Overall, I am pleased with American Storage. The unit I was assigned is a great size and holds much more than I anticipated. My only issue was in initially locating the unit. Signage directing you to the numbered units would be helpful.

I’ve been with this storage 14+yrs. The new owners seem nice I like the online availability’s they have. Be nice if they could keep drive area cleaned of debre.and nice if they had some kind of dumpster in back for customers to put there trash in and not on ground. Other than that im satisfied
