It was really easy to start and stop my rental. The customer service team were very responsive and friendly. The units were spacious, clean, and a great value for my money. Highly recommend!

When moving from our home in Sidney we ran out of time trying to get everything out of the house by the closing and we needed an immediate and temporary solution for storing items we did not have time to move by the deadline. Renting a unit in Sidney was easy and the unit was available for us to fill immediately after arranging payment. We ended up needing 2nd unit as one was just not large enough for all the household items we needed to store temporarily while we worked to got our new home ready. After a couple months we were able to move everything out of one unit while keeping the other for short period. After emptying the one unit it was super easy to end the rental agreement. American Way allowed us until the 5th of the month and asked for pictures of the empty unit as proof that we were out of it. We are supposed to be reimbursed for this month- I will make another review if there is any issues with our refund but I don't expect there to be any.
Access was super easy, the unit was very clean and dry and interaction with management was very cordial and I actually was able to contact and talk with a real person. This storage unit in this location ended up being a great solution for us during an otherwise stressful time.
