I would recommend this facility. I've always had good experience , if I have a problem it's fixed immediately.

The storage units are very clean and are gated for security and have lights in the units

Wonderful experience. Had a different unit set up for that morning in another town. Went to drop my toy hauler and it would not fit in the unit rented a few weeks before. I called American Way Storage and worked with Taylor H. By the time I drove from Effingham to Shelbyville, she had me set up, contract completed and was ready to put the toy hauler into storage. It was critical that I got it done that day as I went in for a surgery the next day. Tayor was awesome to work with and would recommend American Way Storage for you large or small storage needs. Toy hauler fit with extra room, lights in the unit worked awesome and the unit was very clean. Thank you!!

Had storage here for my MIL for over a year. Always got a reminder, got a nice call when there was an issue processing the card one time. Never any issues.
