As a new customer I must say I'm very happy with the S. 19th location in Mattoon, Illinois. The gate provides extra security and the units are kept very clean. I was expecting to have to sweep my unit out but was pleasantly surprised when I didn't need to. The facility also offers a dumpster which is a nice benefit when you need to toss old boxes or unwanted items.

Had them for over a year now. A couple locations were absolutely terrible. The one I'm currently at, I like so far but still worried all the time about break ins. My biggest upset is the price ... after a couple months they upped the price $20 more which is extravagant especially since it's not the nicest storage unit I've ever had. And not to mention there is no bug or rodent control so I have huge spiders and beatles and who knows what else. I honestly am not looking forward to moving because I'm sure I'm going to furious and be giving them a 1 star. Seriously there is no reason why you can't have an exterminator once a month after how much you are charging!!

Rent Unit #13 from here, has all the space we need for our things anytime I've had to contact with any questions I am answered in a timely manner. Have had no problems with this company. Like the location and the price is fair.

We have 2 10 by 10 inits and the storage managers have not only neen prompt and couteous to our needs they address our issue with out lock quickly and with no cplaints. Of all the storage ynits we have used in Paris linois, these people have been the best and most buisnesslike professional in.our experience
