I like the security they put on the gate to get in the storages and cameras.

We recently had an issue where someone tried breaking in our shed. The maintenance man noticed there was no lock so he put one on. It kept our contents safe over the weekend until we could check on it. The office was responsive and contacted us first thing Monday morning.

The pricing was fair, even after the promo. Payments were easy to make, and they offered autopay as well. Gate access was harmless to operate as well, and I noticed security cameras all over the property in and out of the gate, which made me feel safe with leaving my belongings. The storage unit itself was clean and dry, and the door and locking mechanism worked well. Canceled service was even a breeze when I was done with it all. Overall, I would recommend anyone in need of a unit in this area to this location

I have been dealing with this company for several years now. They are always professional, curteous, and have worked with me every step of the way. I moved out of state over 2 years ago, and they have been prompt with any updates or concerns. I will miss their customer service!!!

American Way Storage is very well lit, very clean and easy to get in and out. We feel it is also safe and secure. Easy to reach a person if needed and they are very friendly. I will definitely use again!
