This was the smoothest storage rental I have ever done! I created an account online, chose the location and number of the storage unit for easy access, then started moving things into the unit that same day. Since I'm renting short-term, I didn't set up autopay but easily could have done so. I appreciate the reminder emails about upcoming rental payments. Thanks for making this so process user-friendly!

Wonderful experience. Had a different unit set up for that morning in another town. Went to drop my toy hauler and it would not fit in the unit rented a few weeks before. I called American Way Storage and worked with Taylor H. By the time I drove from Effingham to Shelbyville, she had me set up, contract completed and was ready to put the toy hauler into storage. It was critical that I got it done that day as I went in for a surgery the next day. Tayor was awesome to work with and would recommend American Way Storage for you large or small storage needs. Toy hauler fit with extra room, lights in the unit worked awesome and the unit was very clean. Thank you!!
