Wonderful experience. Had a different unit set up for that morning in another town. Went to drop my toy hauler and it would not fit in the unit rented a few weeks before. I called American Way Storage and worked with Taylor H. By the time I drove from Effingham to Shelbyville, she had me set up, contract completed and was ready to put the toy hauler into storage. It was critical that I got it done that day as I went in for a surgery the next day. Tayor was awesome to work with and would recommend American Way Storage for you large or small storage needs. Toy hauler fit with extra room, lights in the unit worked awesome and the unit was very clean. Thank you!!

I've had this storage unit in Shelbyville with American way storage for over a year now and never had any problems with mice or anything that has been a problem for me in the past with other storage facilities , they have different size options to choose from an I got to look at a couple different sizes before I committed to a certain size , it's always clean around the facility and it's well lit around it at night ,it's in a nice area where there's not much traffic on edge of town, the customer service staff has always been very friendly and helpful I like most of all that it's set up on auto pay every month and I get a text prior to remind me of my payment due date which is always the same day and an email of my receipt ,I recommend this facility than any other local and have mentioned it to family and friends looking for a storage unit ,if anyone is like me I'm particular and very concerned with what I keep in storage and want it taken care of free of any possible damages while being stored and I've never been concerned with having to worry about that where it's at now or having to check on it regularly not to mention they have excellent prices for various sizes , you can't go wrong with American way storage

I we have rented our storage shed in Shelbyville from American Way for over a year now. The space is clean, well kept and I love that there are shelves on both sides in ours, they definitely come in handy for things we don’t want sitting on the ground. Customer service has always been awesome. We have only had to contact once! The gate is accessible by PIN, and provides more security. The only thing that we miss is a light. I know at other American Way storage areas they have a light on a timer, so that would be beneficial, but not a deal breaker!

Also, when American Way Storage gained this storage for their company they were very communicative about what was needed of me to ensure that I continue to have my unit. Their customer service is definitely a 10/5 stars. When I had questions about it my phone call was answered promptly and all of my questions were answered quickly, correctly, and with compassion.
