Convenient location. Large and smaller units available. I also enjoy the ease of payment. I receive notifications via email and text typically 2 weeks In advance for upcoming payments. Once logging in, there are easy to follow payment steps plus you receive a full breakdown of charges.

Easy online rental. Able to get the size needed at a reasonable price. Unit was clean and in a good location. After 2 months, still happy with unit rental.

I have been using them for a while now and haven't ever had any issues and the staff is friendly (at least from the few phone calls I've had with them). They have several security measures in place so I think it's a pretty secure place to keep your stuff. Seems like the units are protected well enough against the elements, because as far as I can tell, nothing in my unit has ever gotten wet. And to top it all off, the pricing is very fair and my bill hasn't increased. (I'm sure it will eventually, but it's nice that they aren't jacking it up like Netflix does LOL) Very pleased!

No complaints any problem I've had has been resolved quickly phone messages been called back within or less then 24 hours.
