Very simple process to secure a storage unit for my daughter away at SIU. Had issues with signing up online, but when I called the office staff walked me right through the process in minutes. I was surprise how clean the unit was when we arrived.

The on-site staff were so helpful and accommodating when I rented the wrong size unit. The young lady (I missed her name) made it so effortless to transfer to the correct size unit and my son was able to store his items for the summer! Thank you, Alligator storage!

Clean and nicely sized! On the cheaper side too. It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into my unit since the email was confusing. But honestly that could just be a me issue…
