Very quick and easy process

I have been using them for a while now and haven't ever had any issues and the staff is friendly (at least from the few phone calls I've had with them). They have several security measures in place so I think it's a pretty secure place to keep your stuff. Seems like the units are protected well enough against the elements, because as far as I can tell, nothing in my unit has ever gotten wet. And to top it all off, the pricing is very fair and my bill hasn't increased. (I'm sure it will eventually, but it's nice that they aren't jacking it up like Netflix does LOL) Very pleased!

No complaints any problem I've had has been resolved quickly phone messages been called back within or less then 24 hours.
