Excellent way to start renting.

I have been with this facility for awhile and I am very satisfied with their customer service

I’ve rented from this facility for a few years now and been very pleased with it, it’s very clean and the customer service is amazing. Anytime I’ve had any sort of issue whether it be personal or an issue pops up with my unit itself they have always been quick to help and come up with a solution which I can’t be more grateful for.

I guess what I notice most is the way mgt pays attention. A lock not fully closed, it's reported to client.
Place is always clean no junk laying around.
I think other people who store there are careful too when they work at their unit since they clean up!

Love the idea of it having cameras and a gate for security. Clean and easy to get to. Prices are great and they offer insurance. Recommend American Way storage over the others

The facility is wonderful. It's secured, well token care of and the company stays engaged with you keeping you informed on information. The staff is heavenly helpful. I love the service
