They have been great so far. I locked my door in the unlock position and they notified me as soon as they noticed it! I couldn’t ask for more!

i’ve been with American Way storage for a couple of years now and they’ve always been Larry professional and understanding. Customer service is excellent and they are prompt as well as provide good storage units. The weather indoor storage units are amazing and a lifesaver if you have to use your storage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Clean and easy on the wallet. Loved the fast online set up

The only problem I've had is the slide lock doesn't sync so it's difficult to open and close. I've not reported this to the office so I don't rate them less for that.

Why I choose this storage place is for two reasons. One the location is easy and centrally located in Decatur and two, it was the cheapest I could find in the area.
