Something I really like about American Way Storage is you can go to your unit whenever you need and you can access your account online to pay your bill or what not. The customer service is absolutely amazing! I had a little bit of troubles getting the right storage unit so I emailed them and they were very helpful and got me where I needed to be! I rented a storage shed here in paris,il. The first shed i rented the door would not raise so i called them explaned the issuse and asked if i could switch to a different storage unit. The lady on the other end of the phone had no problem what so ever doing that. So we went unit 1 to unit 8 and the door works perfectly and they are nice units. My experience all in all is excellent. Keep up the good work . Unit 8 at 502 w.court paris. These folks are awesome and I toldly recommend them.

After the new landlord doubled our rent then evicted us because we couldn't pay the almost $1000 monthly rent, we had to find a place to store our possessions. American Way Storage was a reasonably priced storage unit, dry, very clean and well kept and well lit at night. I would definitely recommend these units to anyone needing a place to store their possessions.
